Six Sentence Sunday 12-12-2010

A little more from my WIP,  Cole in Her Stocking for Six Sentence Sunday.

"Should I wonder about your masculinity?”

“Do you need to, baby?”

“Maybe your sanity," she sniffed.

Her scent wrapped him in its beckoning embrace and he wished there was enough light in the Escalade to let him see the ripe plum shading her cheekbones. He wanted to run his lips over the blush that rose from her throat, dip lower to taste the swelling flesh of her breasts. Keeping his focus on the icy road ahead and gripping the wheel until his knuckles whitened, Cole recited major league batting stats in his head--anything to keep from dwelling on all the places he burned to plant lush, scalding kisses.

And be sure to check out the other Six Sentence Sunay authors!

He wants her bad. I think he should just park on the side of the road.

It's cold outside but oh so hot inside.

I'm with Jessica! Besides, the weather sounds awful, he shouldn't be driving anyway.

Trust me, he has that thought. But his thoughts were a little too blue (not to mention other body parts) to plaster on the blog!

And besides...they're on the lam.

great sentences! Although you might want to remove the random url in the middle there, lol :) See, I'm reading closely!

Thanks. After it had been up all night, I realized this morning, I'd neglected to put the Six Sentence Sunday logo and url and edited the blog. Clearly should not be doing anything this morning. And all I've taken so far is DayQuil!

Ah, you only need one hand to drive, do some preemptive exploring---but keep your eyes on the road.

Hope they have a short journey, so he can forget those baseball stats! Great sample!

Rrrrow! I always love the tension of the 'boy I REALLY want to but just can't.' Means we are going to get a dose of super hot love'n soon.
